Apple Oatmeal
So what you will need is One
medium-sized Apple
3/4 cup, a fat-free milk
1/4 cup of oatmeal,
1 scoop of Beverly
International UMP
1/4 cup of granola or a
handful of chopped nuts to top it off to give it a nice crunch.
Start by warming the milk for
2 minutes on high in the microwave. Slice apples once, sliced place them into a
handy chopper. You’ll place that lid on the chopper and then you’re just going
to pull several times until you get the size Apple, that you prefer so once
your milk is hot you’re gonna pull it out the microwave. You’re gonna start to
stir in your chopped apples along with the oatmeal mix it in really good. It’s
gonna start to cook the Apple in the oatmeal and then the next thing you’ll
drop in one scoop of the vanilla UMP. Start to mix that in it’s gonna become
really creamy and then from here you can top it with a nice crunch.
